CSWorks installation log (use 'msiexec.exe /i <CSWorks msi file> /lvx* log.txt' command);
CSWorks server trace log (see this guide for details);
LiveData Service, Alarm Service, History Recorder configuration files (*.exe.config);
LiveData Web Service, Alarm Web Service, History Reader Web Service web.config files;
browser screenshots (if they help);
your application XAML and C# or VB code.
